Community Connections

Look at the picture of Ivy nestled in the woods. What words can you use to describe Ivy?

Calm? Joyful? Peaceful?

We can use detail to describe characters from our books and to describe our beloved friends.

Mud- the perfect tool for writing your initials.

Reading

Reading reflections! Children have enjoyed getting familiar with their new online libraries. Their reflection on Tuesday invited them to reflect on a specific strategy and draw a Super Reader portrait. We are Super Readers. We are Avid Readers.

Math

The Kindergarteners are taking the time this week to represent equations with different tools and write equations to match specific tools.

Savannah was able to show all of the combinations to 6 in different ways! The equation 4 + 2 = 6 can be built with cubes and written as a number tree, because it is a number combination.
